Screenplay writer and director here--with scripts, a short film and three commercials under my belt. I am old school with a fresh point of view. I have been trying to get to that elusive break for too many years now, since my mentor and producer Eugene (Tim) Scott passed away in 2003. Tim, who discovered and nurtured my craft, had been waiting on the completion of (URBAN ESCAPE) my first screeenplay to pitch it to some big wigs in Hollywood. But he died June 15, 2003, and I unknowingly fed x the script to him exactly a month later on July 15th. I was unaware of the tragedy for two months. Devastated, I did not write again for three years, until I gave in to the unrelenting urge of unfinished business. Tim continues to fuel my confidence and dogged determination to go all the way and make a positive mark in this industry that we love. I am currently working on "TO CATCH A FLY," my latest screenplay.
